Properlaughs is designed to provide just the good very funny stuff from YouTube.The idea comes from my chronic depression.
I have been struggling with mental illness for over 20 years, tried all the drugs, and now am turning to laughter therapy.
Thus I dedided to create a site containing just the very best and funniest stuff on YouTube.
How does this site work??
Below each video is a very powerful rating system. Giving any video one star willresult in that video being sent to a mod who will check to see if it is not funny,
or has been withdrawn from YouTube.
The more users rate the greater collection of just the good stuff!

being a pow doesn’t qualify you for politics especially international relations. i am not dissing that he is a pow, he did it in service to this country and forever suffers for it thanks you mcain for your sacrifice, but really how does that translate into foreign policy experience. I study international relations and foreign policy and pow does not count as credentials
