Why was this site created?
Properlaughs is designed to provide just the good very funny stuff from YouTube.The idea comes from my chronic depression.
I have been struggling with mental illness for over 20 years, tried all the drugs, and now am turning to laughter therapy.
Thus I dedided to create a site containing just the very best and funniest stuff on YouTube.
How does this site work??
Below each video is a very powerful rating system. Giving any video one star willresult in that video being sent to a mod who will check to see if it is not funny,
or has been withdrawn from YouTube.
The more users rate the greater collection of just the good stuff!
You can contribute to this site by either submitting your good YouTube playlist,
or by creating a playlist at our sister site wowYT.com

Episode 1: “A Rare Condition”

Welcome to this place. If you stay long enough, you will be treated to a story about an international comedian named Demetri Martin.
The story begins, as most stories do, with episode one entitled “a rare condition.” Demetri is hopeful that you’ll enjoy it because he played the music and did his own stunts. He actually only did one stunt…so by saying he did “stunts” don’t expect more than one.
Episodes 2 thru 7 are coming soon so to hold you over we created a website called Clearfication.com. It’s a word we made up so make sure you spell it the way that we made up the spelling.
Anyway, there is music, art, films, and a Demetri puppet blog that is specially designed to make you happy. You can also see if Demetri is coming to your town to personally tell people jokes.

I like Demetri Martin…alot, but this is like a page taken from a Wes Anderson screenplay. I’m almost having a hard time with it, from the music to the slow motion shots to the neurotic “big than life” main character, it’s like a scene from the Royal Tennebaums or Rushmore–both of which I love, but not entirely original. I will have to watch the rest.
